Some photos from our first day’s fishing out here

I am going to have to let the photos do the talking here because I need to get back down to the lads so we can get them out fishing again. We had such a blast on our first day’s fishing - everybody caught Bass Before Breakfast (B.B.B.), the wind was howling all day but later on we managed to find a few more fish, and as ever we shared a lot of laughs.

Plenty of moving around to take advantage of tides and conditions, a lot of thinking which goes on behind the scenes so we maximise the “lure in water” time for our lads, two distinct occasions on the first day when a specific lure change resulted in a bass the very next cast, and I managed to sneak in a small but significant change of position on the very last cast of the day to help Joe get that bass at the bottom of the post.
