Out here in Ireland, our first group arrives later today

It’s a long journey out here for me but it’s always worth it. It’s still dark outside as I am writing this, but to be able to wake up in Kerry and look forward to our first group of anglers arriving this afternoon is a thrill which never diminishes. The only thing that has done my head in was checking the local webcams yesterday morning at about 6.45 on the Torpoint ferry and seeing that conditions out on the open coast looked really rather lovely - and yes, my mate was heading out, and he caught a few. Damn!

Anyway, it’s going to get hectic with time out here, so I will get blog posts up when I can, and apologies in advance if I am not able to. On my long drive yesterday I had some ideas about updating parts of the Fishing Tackle page on here and trying to simplify the process of finding some of the information, so if I can get a few spare hours this morning I am going to make a start on it. You all take care and I will catch you soon……………
