Sorry for the lack of blog posts this week, but the pingdemic has got us!

Judging by the news there are surely a bunch of you here who have also been affected by the current pingdemic - awful situation but great name! - and the other day it got us here at home. My wife is a teacher and on the second day of the school holidays she got the dreaded ping to say that she was required to isolate here at home. She’s had a negative PCR test and we are both double-jabbed, but her having to stay at home has meant that the taxi service of dad (me!) has had to step up and it’s put me behind with work and so on. I won’t go into how my wife getting pinged has affected a whole load of stuff because we are in the same boat as many other people, but surely one day we are going to fully get our lives back? Apologies then for the lack of blog posts but I hope to be back on it for Friday………..
