I am at Gerry’s Fishing tackle shop this Saturday (21st June) for an Open Day, hope to see some of you there!

My passport is definitely required! I am leaving Cornwall and heading north of the M4 corridor this weekend to attend an Open Day at the famous Gerry’s Fishing tackle shop in Morecambe in the north west. I will be in the shop all day this Saturday, 21st June, and I hope to get the chance to meet some of you kind people who take the time to read this blog and interact with me………….

I work from home, and whilst I love where I live and I am very comfortable with my own company, I do rather love getting out and about and yapping with anglers. I enjoy getting to put faces to names, and I love talking about how different anglers go about their fishing in different parts of the country or indeed the world. I am always going to slightly struggle with the whole “come and meet and talk to Henry Gilbey” thing, but the single biggest advantage to putting my head above the parapet is getting the chance to interact with so many different people.
