Buried my dad and said a proper goodbye on Wednesday, I will get back to fishing stuff next week

We gave my dad a proper send off on Wednesday and I know how much he would have loved to see so many of his family and friends in one place. We got to celebrate how much he was truly loved and adored by so many people. My two girls spoke so beautifully and movingly during the church service and I could not be more proud of them or my mum for pulling together such a touching and emotional send off for my dad. I have no idea what the grieving process will do to me further down the line, but right now I know that I miss my dad like mad and my girls have a huge hole in their lives where their grandpa used to be. They absolutely adored him. You all have a good weekend and I will get back on the fishing stuff next week………..
